Dating back to 1565 and tucked away down one of Brighton's oldest twittens this glamorous cottage is superbly situated in the heart of the city within the most fashionable shopping and dining district, the famous Lanes. This Alice in Wonderland themed property has being lovingly renovated with a sophisticated Wonderland of rooms.

The Bedooms sleep 6-8 as follows

Bed 1 - Flamingo Dreams Bedroom (2 singles or 1 double)
Twin or double bed option room with silky quilted ceilings and upside-down flamingo wallpaper! Victorian corner sink and teacup side lamps. Washstand basin and mirror.

Bed 2 - Looking Glass Bedroom (2 singles or 1 double)
Twin or double bed option room with dainty illustrated wallpaper of braces, top hats and fob watches. Vintage looking-glasses adorn the walls together with a delightful quilted silky ceiling. Washstand basin and mirror.

Bed 3 - White Rose Boudoir (1 double)
Double bedroom with vintage white rose wallpaper and mirrored boudoir ceiling. Washstand basin and mirror.

Madhatter Lounge (2 single sofa beds)
Opulent open plan kitchen living room with 2 leather silver sofa-beds to sleep a further 2 guests. This amazing room has a mirrored looking-glass ceiling & vintage playing card wallpaper. Sparkling dinky kitchenette with shimmery granite work surfaces. Double doors lead to the miniature terrace.

Luxury Wetroom
Open plan with 2 showers, marble wash stand, high level cistern W.C and all the comfort of underfloor heating. There is a further enchanting W.C on the ground floor.

The Terrace
South facing little sun trap for croissants and coffee in the morning or champagne in the twilight! Seats 2 at the patio table.

Parking

The Lanes multistorey car park is very handy on the adjacent street. The cottage is so central you will not require your car after unloading as all attractions are within easy walking distance. I can advise on free parking alternatives.
