How Many Guests Can Stay?
The house sleeps 6 in the 3 bedrooms and a further 2 on the living room sofa beds, so a maximum of 8

Small well behaved pets are welcome. Please contact us to discuss
Can I bring children?
Yes- we have a cot available on request. Please bring your own baby bedding
Do you take hen parties?
Yes! For the creme de la creme of intimate hen party accommodation look no further!
Stuck for ideas? Please ask me. I recommend a Madhatter tea party delivered to your door. I can also suggest hairdressers who will come to the house and create glamorous hair and make-up for your big night out whilst you sip champagne, burlesque caberet venues, cocktail making classes, butlers, a great place for a hangover breakfast, you name it
Is there parking?
There is a nearby multi-storey car park on Black Lion Street that charges £23 per 24hrs. Alternatively, you can unload then free park in certain areas of town and then walk or bus back in. Please ask for details. Everywhere is an easy walk from the cottage and the trains from London Victoria, Clapham Junction and Gatwick run every 30 mins. A taxi from the train station is around £5 to the house or you can walk in under 10 mins.
Is there a minimum stay?
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required to cover our costs and offer you value for money. Check in is from 3pm and check out is by 10.30am. Our weekend breaks are normally Friday 3pm- Monday 10.30am. You can check out as late as you like on the Sunday or stay until Monday morning for no extra fee
Is it close to the beach?
Oh yes! You can be at the best part of the seafront in less than a minute!
Can I smoke in the house?
The house in no smoking, there is a covered terrace outside for smokers
Can we self cater?
There is no dining room but with the best restaurants on your doorstep you won't want to stay in and cook! However the small kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hob, toaster for preparing simple meals or a take-away on laps. You are spoilt for pizza choices. There are so many great restaurants including some of the top 25 restaurants in the UK
What are the facilities?
Flat Screen T.V, DVD Player, Bluetooth speaker, Fridge with ice shelf, Dishwasher, Microwave, 2 ring Hob, Toaster, Kettle, Iron, 3 x Hair-Dryers, Towels and Linen all provided. Vintage crockery, silverware, glassware, tea towels, dishwasher tabs. If in doubt, please ask
Is there disabled access?
Due to the age of the property the access via the twitten, doorways and staircases are unusually narrow and so regrettably not suitable for disabled access
Will you require a deposit?
Yes, 30% of the fee to confirm booking. The balance is due 28 days prior to stay. A £300 refundable damage deposit is required 7 days prior to stay and returned within 7 days of departure, subject to a satisfactory housekeeping check.
